Fellow Alumni, As we prepare to elect the new set of executive members of our esteemed alumni group, I am honored to stand before you as a candidate for the Chairmanship position. With a deep passion for our alma mater and a commitment to our collective success, I present to you my manifesto – a roadmap for empowering our legacy and shaping our future.
Leadership Philosophy
As your chairman, I will lead with:
- Transparency: Open communication and decision-making processes.
- Inclusivity : Encourage participation and feedback from all alumni, my administration will be an all inclusive one where members decision is the verdict.
- Accountability: Ensure responsible stewardship of resources and initiatives. Quarterly financial state of the Group will be frequently done.
- Empowerment: Support and empower alumni to take ownership and drive initiatives.
- Reunion and Events: Organize a regular reunions, seminars, and workshops that promote learning, networking and togetherness.
- Social Impact: Launch initiatives addressing social issues, such as education, healthcare, and environmental conservation.
- Alumni Portal: Develop a user-friendly online platform for networking, resource sharing, and collaboration.

Offer skill development, mentorship, and career growth through workshops, webinars, and networking. Promote job and business opportunities via referral networks and alumni showcases in leadership, entrepreneurship, and technology.
Community Service
Organize initiatives that give back to society, promote social responsibility, and reflect our values as alumni.
Giving Back to Our Alma Mater
Partner with the institution to provide scholarships, grants, and infrastructural support. Launch an Alumni Endowment Fund to sponsor sustainable projects in education, research, and innovation from international communities. Encourage alumni participation in advisory roles to help guide the institution’s growth.
Social Impact and Community Service
Champion community outreach programs such as health missions, educational drives, and charity initiatives. Build partnerships with NGOs, government, and private organizations for wider social impact. Showcase alumni success stories as a source of pride and inspiration.
Transparency, Accountability and Inclusiveness
Ensure all alumni activities, finances, and projects are transparent and well-documented. Provide quarterly progress reports to members. Promote inclusiveness by giving equal voice to all alumni across generations, backgrounds, and professions.
